Century Die Meets New Osha Standards For Beryllium In Advance of Proposed Regulation Changes.
 
Century Die Company recently completed an extensive two year evaluation of beryllium exposure in the work place due to work with copper beryllium machining in the mold making process. The results are in and through a combination of monitoring, training, and process improvements, Century Die exceeds the proposed new regulations under consideration by OSHA. Century Die has positioned itself to serve our customers into the future without having to make mold design compromises while keeping our associates working safely and in state of the art facilities. Getting it right for Century Die continues to mean getting it right for all of our stakeholders, our customers, our associates, our communities, our environment, and our owners.
